What are the terms of your service?

We offer monthly, semi-annual and annual service options that provide our clients with service terms that meets their needs. We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all clients within 30 days of signing up. If you are not satisfied with our services, then simply get in touch we will let you out of the service right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.

IM MOVING, HOW DO I MOVE THE SERVICE WITH ME?

Get in touch with us right away. If your moving into another building that already has the TOwifi service, we’ll be happy to move your account into the new building at no cost. If the new building isn’t yet TOwifi enabled, we’ll contact the Condo board and property managers on your behalf and let them know how to subscribe.

That’s great! We’re happy to help make TOwifi accessible to friends and family. Simply quote your friend’s account number located in the top right hand corner of their monthly statement during the signup process, and we’ll set you up with 1 month free service as a new customer! It’s that easy.
